Who do you ship with?
We offer flat-rate shipping with Canada Post.
How much is shipping, and when can I expect my order to arrive?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $19.99 via Canada Post. Estimated delivery time is approximately 2-9 business days. Please note transit times above are provided by Canada Post and are not necessarily guaranteed.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been packed. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Is every product available for shipping?
We offer shipping on all Freeze Dried and Dehydrated treats, Supplements, Toys, and Accessories. At this time, we are unable to ship any frozen products.
Additionally, we are unable to ship Sandboxx Cat Litter.

Can I place an order for pick up?
Yes! You'll have the option to select in-store pick up prior to checking out. Pick up is available at 1140 Front St. Unit B. North Bay, Ontario during business hours.
Can I place an order for pick up at a farmer’s market?
Yes! You'll have the option to select pick up at either the Sudbury or North Bay’s farmers market, which we attend every Saturday.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery within North Bay city limits for a flat rate of $9.99 and out-of-town delivery to surrounding areas for a flat rate of $19.99.

Do you deliver to U.S or Internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship to Canadian addresses.
Sales Taxes and Duties
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the check out process for Canadian customers. Taxes are based on the province/territory where the items are being shipped.
