Unpasteurized honey is steeped over a few days with herbs, spices and fruit to create delicate shifts in the honey flavour. Most of the ingredients are grown on Board’s Honey farm, a farm located in Nipissing Ontario. 
By mincing, crushing or grating the fresh ingredients into the honey, the natural flavours are readily available to absorb into the honey, making them very tasty.
Use in tea, over fruit salad, ice cream, in marinades, sauces or to enhance your baking.
